Beginner Weight Training w/ Cardio - Beginner Weight Training Beginner Weight Training W Cardio
It’s true, lifting weights can be intimidating. We typically spend hours doing cardio but as we age, weight training is argued to be even MORE important for keeping us steady and preventing injury as we gracefully mature. Lower cholesterol, improved posture, healthy heart, toning up, boosting energy and mood: These are only a few of the benefits of lifting weights. All of which can be done in half the amount of time, resulting in MORE calories burned at rest than an hour on the treadmill.
And NO! Lifting will not make you bulky! It will actually tone and tighten your body. Come see and feel for yourself as Carrie walks you through a total body, low-medium weight, lifting routine. Guaranteed to make you feel amazing and powerful.Instructor: Carrie Iverson
