2024-2025 Registration Information
The Franklin Community Education & Recreation Department offers before and after school care for 4K*-5th grade at all Franklin Elementary Schools.  Being a proud partner of Franklin Public Schools, Kids Club focuses on the district's core values: Equity, Personal Growth, Innovation, Stewardship and Well-Being of all.  Kids Club offers a variety of activity choices:  Free play, gym activities, games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.  A morning snack & afternoon snack are provided.  Please bring your own water bottle daily.  * A Midday 4K Kids Club program is not offered.  Morning 4K students can attend AM Kids Club and afternoon 4K students can attend PM Kids Club.

Annual Membership Registration Dates
  • Register for your child’s school Annual Membership.
    • Fee:  $35/Single; $45/Family Non-Refundable. April 1-30: guaranteed a spot
    • Fee:  $50/Single; $60/Family Non-Refundable. May 1-June 30: spots based on staffing projections
    • Fee:  $70/Single; $80/Family Non-Refundable. June 30-August 19: spots based on staffing projections
      • All Membership enrollments are based on availability of staffing starting May 1, 2024
  • Register for your child’s school Annual Membership.
  • After August 19 call 414-423-4646 to be placed on the waiting list.
  • For all registrations, a 48-business hour waiting period is needed to begin the Kids Club program.
NOTE:  The Registration Fee will say $70 or $80, please continue.  At the payment screen, the discount will be taken off.  You will need to pay either $35 or $45.
