CANCELLATION POLICY


There are times when classes will have to be cancelled due to facility conflicts, inclement weather, school closings, etc. When Franklin Schools are closed due to poor weather conditions, etc. ALL recreation programs will be cancelled. Parents are encouraged to use their own discretion when sending children if conditions are questionable. All efforts are made to inform participants of class cancellations due to school functions. The Department will attempt to make-up the class, however, if unable to make up the class, there will be no refund for cancellations.
