Pedal and Tone Fitness(Co-op with Muskego) Adults (Ages 18+) In the Pedal and Tone class you will do cardio training and toning in 1 hour.  Pedal and Tone is a half hour on the stationary bike set to music to get your heart rate up and burn those calories.  Then we will move to hand weights and music to tone and strengthen your body.  This is not an extreme fitness class...it is designed for the rest of us who want a little challenge and a lot of fun.  The focus is on toning legs, arms, waist and burn calories. Please wear gym shorts and bring a water bottle.  Please feel free to wear padded bike shorts.INSTRUCTOR: Diane Maegli-Hippert

Rise Up Basketball     Academy Clinic Offerings Grades 2nd-8th Alyssa Decicco was recruited out of Muskego High School and offered a full ride scholarship to play ball at Northern Michigan University. She finished her career as NMU’s 3rd all-time leading scorer and with All-American honors both athletically and academically. Following college graduation, Alyssa was fortunate enough to play professionally in Australia. She then switched roles as the assistant women’s basketball coach at the University of Dubuque and Carroll University. In addition, she has trained young athletes for the last 10+ years within her Rise Up Basketball Academy.  These clinics will provide an extensive basketball skill development program focused on developing young athletes. While skill development is important and necessary, the most rewarding feeling in the world is empowering young athletes and noticing a shift in their overall confidence. The main focus is to enhance young athletes’ mental wellness, instill confidence and prepare them to be game changers in life.Ball Handling Clinic  Tighten your ball handling skills with both stationary ball handling and on the move ball handling. Extra emphasis on the 3 key areas of ball handling; Power, Control & Rhythm. Learn to change your pace and speed while handling the ball on the move. Take your handles to the next level!Controlled 3 v 3 Clinic Learn the proper spacing and movements of 3v3 basketball. Instruction will be followed by live controlled scrimmages where feedback will be given. Pedal and Tone Fitness(Co-op with Muskego) Adults (Ages 18+) In the Pedal and Tone class you will do cardio training and toning in 1 hour.  Pedal and Tone is a half hour on the stationary bike set to music to get your heart rate up and burn those calories.  Then we will move to hand weights and music to tone and strengthen your body.  This is not an extreme fitness class...it is designed for the rest of us who want a little challenge and a lot of fun.  The focus is on toning legs, arms, waist and burn calories. Please wear gym shorts and bring a water bottle.  Please feel free to wear padded bike shorts.INSTRUCTOR: Diane Maegli-Hippert

Rise Up Basketball     Academy Clinic Offerings Grades 2nd-8th Alyssa Decicco was recruited out of Muskego High School and offered a full ride scholarship to play ball at Northern Michigan University. She finished her career as NMU’s 3rd all-time leading scorer and with All-American honors both athletically and academically. Following college graduation, Alyssa was fortunate enough to play professionally in Australia. She then switched roles as the assistant women’s basketball coach at the University of Dubuque and Carroll University. In addition, she has trained young athletes for the last 10+ years within her Rise Up Basketball Academy.  These clinics will provide an extensive basketball skill development program focused on developing young athletes. While skill development is important and necessary, the most rewarding feeling in the world is empowering young athletes and noticing a shift in their overall confidence. The main focus is to enhance young athletes’ mental wellness, instill confidence and prepare them to be game changers in life.Ball Handling Clinic  Tighten your ball handling skills with both stationary ball handling and on the move ball handling. Extra emphasis on the 3 key areas of ball handling; Power, Control & Rhythm. Learn to change your pace and speed while handling the ball on the move. 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM    Rise Up Basketball Academy Clinics - Shooting Clinic
Rise Up Basketball     Academy Clinic Offerings Grades 2nd-8th Alyssa Decicco was recruited out of Muskego High School and offered a full ride scholarship to play ball at Northern Michigan University. She finished her career as NMU’s 3rd all-time leading scorer and with All-American honors both athletically and academically. Following college graduation, Alyssa was fortunate enough to play professionally in Australia. She then switched roles as the assistant women’s basketball coach at the University of Dubuque and Carroll University. In addition, she has trained young athletes for the last 10+ years within her Rise Up Basketball Academy.  These clinics will provide an extensive basketball skill development program focused on developing young athletes. While skill development is important and necessary, the most rewarding feeling in the world is empowering young athletes and noticing a shift in their overall confidence. The main focus is to enhance young athletes’ mental wellness, instill confidence and prepare them to be game changers in life.Ball Handling Clinic  Tighten your ball handling skills with both stationary ball handling and on the move ball handling. Extra emphasis on the 3 key areas of ball handling; Power, Control & Rhythm. Learn to change your pace and speed while handling the ball on the move. Take your handles to the next level!Controlled 3 v 3 Clinic Learn the proper spacing and movements of 3v3 basketball. Instruction will be followed by live controlled scrimmages where feedback will be given. Make a pass, make a play!Shooting Clinic  Come learn proper shooting form, footwork and technique while getting up lots of reps! Each athlete will also be provided with many shooting drills to take and do at home. Clinic emphasis on footwork, pre shot stance, hand placement, balance.Shooting Competition  Review the proper shooting form, footwork and technique followed by shooting competitions and games. Prizes will be awarded to the winners! Highly encouraged to take the shooting clinic before enrolling in the shooting competitionFootwork Clinic  Footwork is so key! Come learn how to beat defenders without even dribbling and by simply having proper footwork. Extra emphasis on developing a quick step, jab steps, cross steps and reading the defense.Strength & Conditioning Clinic  Great things never come from comfort zones! Train your body and your mind to excel on the court with conditioning and exercises that carry over to the basketball court. Emphasis on speed/agility, strength, explosion, coordination.
