More + More = A Stronger Core
Adults 18+



If you have been attending Yoga/Pilates combo class and are now ready for more core or have a good foundation of the basics, this class is for you. These exercises are challenging, but can always be modified to suit your needs.  Exercises are performed on a yoga mat using a variety of positions, standing, supine, prone kneeling and side lying.
