Resilient. Ready. Strong.

Girl Scouts know how to have fun. But guess what? Girl Scouts also learn, grow, and test their strengths through a variety of programs, activities, and experiences! Our Resilient. Ready. Strong. program is a great way to build your inner strength so that you’re ready for anything!
Scientists have found that certain activities may lift your mood, calm you down when you’re stressed, and help you face challenges — and you can do many of these activities at Girl Scouts.
From exploring nature to connecting with others, to getting moving with some fun dance and exercise, there are many proven ways you can build your mental wellness. Explore Girl Scouts through the Resilient. Ready. Strong. program and see firsthand how you can take your inner strength to new heights.

At each Girl Scout session, you’ll learn more about how to set up or join a Girl Scout troop in your neighborhood, how to register as a member, and the types of activities you can

look forward to year-round.
