Looking to jump start your metabolism? HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a training workout in which you go all out in quick bursts of exercise followed by short periods of recovery. By spiking your heart rate, you will burn fat and improve endurance in a short period of time. Multiple exercises in each class are designed to energize your entire body and keep you from getting bored of the same routine. Although this class allows you to work at your own fitness ability, it is recommended for those beyond a beginner level.
Please bring an exercise mat and towel to each class.
