This class will be packed with education on what may have happened to you. It will include a quick, over the clothes check of your core if you want one ( a few pokes on your belly and side while performing and exercise or two.) Lastly, you’ll learn about different options to restore your core.
**Wear comfortable pants, not jeans, if you want your core checked.
