These classes will guide you through some amazing Korean favorites from Chef Jenny Lee. Come learn some new techniques and sample new flavors while rediscovering the joy of cooking and eating together.  
NOTE - Parents who accompany their 9-16 year old must also register and pay for the class. 


 




Kimchi Class
 
Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish made with salted and fermented vegetables. Learn how to make Napa cabbage kimchi and Radish kimchi. If the harvest is ready, you’ll get to make kimchi with cabbage and vegetables from a local farm!
 




INSTRUCTOR BIO: Jenny Lee of Kiuda, formerly Perilla Kitchen, holds pop-up dinners in Milwaukee. She also teaches cooking classes. She used to work as a line cook for Top Chef TV Judge Tom Colicchio in New York City, as well as other award-winning chefs. Learn more at www.kiuda.net.
