Gentle Yoga –
Simple Movements to Enhance Your Well-Being
Discover the benefits of gentle yoga as you learn to harmonize the body, breath and mind with simple movements in this slow, meditative style from an ancient Himalayan tradition. You’ll be introduced to easy practices for limbering, stretching and strengthening the body. Class concludes with a simple relaxation and short meditation. No experience is required. You are invited to participate within your comfort level.
NOTE: Dress comfortably. A yoga mat, a chair, a 2 " cushion, and a light shawl or blanket may be useful during class."
