Many families will eventually come to the crossroads of whether a loved one will need nursing home care or assisted living arrangements.  These are decisions that tug at your heart strings and pocketbook.  Have you thought about how you will pay for the nursing home in the future? 
Are you worried about how you will help your parents afford it?  A lot of people simply plan on not going to the nursing home or assisted living; unfortunately, that is not the reality.  If you think a loved one will need some type of long term care, this 90-minute session offers information that can guide you when having important family discussions about making these decisions.  










At this workshop you will learn:






- Basics of Medicaid eligibility for married couples and a single individual
-How to maintain control of medical and financial decisions during period of incapacity
-Learn how to preserve assets and plan for long term care
-Options of how to pay for long term care
-Learn how to protect what you pass at death to your family and not to the nursing home
It's never too early to start planning for long term care.  Planning early affords you more options and the ability to protect more of your hard-earned savings for future generations.
