CO-OP w/ Muskego and Oak Creek
Adult 18+
Targeting your whole body, this Pilates Mat workout challenges you through strength building and muscle toning exercises. Utilizing body weight this class will create longer, leaner muscles and a stronger, healthier core. Along with improving posture, flexibility, and balance, you will burn calories and feel great. All exercises can be modified so all fitness levels are welcome.
Please bring an exercise mat and towel to each class.
Please park in the back lot and enter the double glass doors near the receiving garage. Do not enter the main office.
