This Energizing-Fitness Based Yoga Class is for all participants regardless if you have done Yoga before or not. Classes will help you gain confidence by focusing on strength, balance, and flexibility. It will be easier to do the things you enjoy-sports, gardening, walking, running, group exercise classes etc. Give it a try and you will notice a positive difference in your health and well-being.
Note: Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a Yoga mat and water bottle.
