Energizing Afternoon Yoga
This Yoga Class is for people that want to do Yoga in the early evening to relieve stress from the day, and still have the rest of the evening to themselves. This is a great mental and physical workout for all participants. This Energizing-Fitness based Yoga Class is for all participants regardless if you have done Yoga before or not. Classes will help you gain confidence by focusing on strength, balance, and flexibility. It will be easier to do the sports and activities you enjoy. Give it a try and you will notice a positive difference in your health and well-being.
NOTE: Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
